The Sr Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and executing programs designed to build startups and AI-native sales pipeline. This role will focus on events, campaigns, and other marketing activities to strengthen market presence and deliver measurable results.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create. Identify and implement remarkable experiences and activations in our marketing programs
  2. Build. Develop and execute a field marketing strategy to include:
  3. Execute. Plan, and deliver end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor/agency management, on-site execution, and post-event reporting
  4. Measure. Ensure a closed loop of processes to ensure maximum impact and insights of marketing programs, including performance analysis and ensuring engagement and follow-up.
  5. Repeat. Build a repeatable playbook of activities to optimize user and customer journeys throughout adoption and buying processes

Skills

Required

  • 3-5 years experience in B2B technical events marketing
  • Experience in managing a varied portfolio of marketing activities
  • Demonstrated “builder” mentality: self-motivation, excels at establishing processes, scaling programs, and bringing ideas to life
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication and influencing skills
  • Ability frequently travel for on-site event coordination
  • Exceptional attention to detail, commitment to excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
