  3. Translate complex financial plans into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership decision-making.
  4. Performance Monitoring & Operational Improvement — Track network performance through preparation and communication of weekly financial metrics to Japan leadership. Leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities and drive continuous operational improvement.
  5. Technology, Automation & AI Adoption — Champion technology and automation initiatives across the finance function, including the implementation of new operational tools, automation frameworks, and Generative AI solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  6. Team Development & Leadership — Mentor and develop junior finance professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture that prioritizes knowledge-sharing, growth, and operational excellence.
