This role is for a Sr. Financial Analyst within AppleCare Finance, focusing on financial leadership and decision support for AppleCare distribution centers in the Americas. Responsibilities include analyzing, managing, and reporting on operational costs, developing financial models, performing scenario analyses, and leading forecasting and close activities. The role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, experience with enterprise software, and the ability to influence business partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. This role also leads forecasting and close activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong financial discipline across AppleCare’s DC network.
  2. You will serve as the primary finance partner for Forward & Reverse Logistics within AppleCare DC operations, working closely with Logistics, Procurement, Regional Finance, and Business Intelligence teams to analyze, manage, and report on operational costs.
  3. You will develop complex financial models, perform RFQ and (“what-if”) scenario analyses, and deliver actionable insights to drive cost-effective decisions.
  4. In this role, you will provide financial leadership and decision support to cross-functional partners, requiring strong communication skills and solid business acumen.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years experience in financial analysis with increasing responsibilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
