We are looking for a top analytical mind to develop a deep country understanding, create key performance indicators, provide guidance to optimize upcoming investments, and measure results of recent initiatives. The successful candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and have highly respected business acumen. This role partners directly with cross-functional leadership and multiple Advertising Finance teams, and requires strong communication and technical skills.
This specific role supports our APAC sales leader (includes Japan, Australia, other Asia locales) and partners directly with cross-functional leadership and multiple Advertising Finance teams, and requires strong communication and technical skills.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Japanese language in addition to business English.

Key job responsibilities
- Provide strategic support to key Growth Sales initiatives and investments
- Build, iterate, and automate financial reports, metrics, and scorecards to support short and long-term planning
- Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of Financial performance for newly launched initiatives
- Ad hoc business support
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- English language ability at business level or above (writing, reading, speaking)
- Japanese language ability (conversational level)
