The Sr. Generative AI Specialist SA will drive the roadmap and capacity for Generative AI services and infrastructure across APJ on AWS. This role involves managing capacity for model providers on Amazon Bedrock, ensuring availability of features like Guardrails and Knowledge Bases, and testing LLM latency/performance. The specialist will also gather customer feature requests to influence product roadmaps, engage customers for beta programs, and provide technical enablement. Key responsibilities include driving technical discussions, supporting GTM plans, diving deep into technical issues on Bedrock, driving product features for regional gaps, and facilitating beta testing.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive technical discussions with service teams to influence the APJ roadmap for Generative AI services and features.
  2. Support with the GTM plan for new services and models including L300 technical enablement for customers and field teams.
  3. Dive deep into technical issues such as throttling or latency on Amazon Bedrock and escalate to Service Teams
  4. Drive product feature features for key gaps in APJ regions
  5. Facilitate beta testing for upcoming features and provide feedback to Service Teams
