Sr. Growth Marketing Manager - New Products

This role is for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager focused on new products within Samsara's Connected Operations Cloud. The primary responsibility is to design and execute demand generation strategies and multi-channel campaigns to drive pipeline and revenue. What you'd actually do

  1. Own the demand generation strategy for new offerings and support the business in hitting key commercial milestones.
  2. Drive pipeline and revenue by designing and launching multi-channel campaigns across email, webinars, direct mail and more, with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
  3. Partner with Sales, PMM, Customer Success, and channel owners to plan and execute integrated motions across the customer lifecycle.
  4. Pilot and scale new motions/channels to unlock efficient growth, using insights from data analysis to inform our experimentation strategy.
  5. Define test plans, instrumentation, and reporting cadences to create best-in-class prospect and customer experiences

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM (Marketo or equivalent; Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical rigor; skilled at experiment design, interpreting results, and turning insights into action.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
  • High ownership, bias to action, and accountability in fast-moving environments.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python (or equivalent) for analysis and experimentation.
  • Strong writing skills with experience creating content for emails, webinars, webpages, or blogs.
  • Thrives in 0→1 environments; comfortable operating in a startup-within-an-enterprise context.
  • Experience with Databricks (or similar data platforms) and advanced Salesforce usage.
