This role is for a Sr. GTM Program Manager on the Document Cloud team at Adobe. The role focuses on bringing together various teams to deliver marketing moments and business strategies for AI-powered features. The candidate will manage cross-functional projects, oversee release processes, identify operational improvements, and ensure seamless go-to-market execution for GenAI features.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work with leaders and cross-functional teams to solve issues, provide insights, and recommendations to support decision-making, and build aligned plans on pivotal initiatives
  2. Drive multiple, simultaneous, complex, strategic and operational priorities / workstreams, frequently managing large stakeholder groups
  3. Oversee the end-to-end release of our key marketing moments, building the workback plans and keeping teams accountable to key milestones ensuring seamless delivery
  4. Partner across the product group with PMM, corporate marketing, product, design, pricing, PLG, and more to align multiple leaders on key topics
  5. Identify strategic and operational improvements to improve the business including creating and refining processes to improve efficiency & simplify workflows

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working on complex cross-functional projects end-to-end and/or in highly matrixed organizations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and a clear bias for action with the ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to build strong relationships
  • Adaptability and a desire to roll up your sleeves to get things done

  • Management consulting experience a plus
  • MBA is a plus
