This role is for a Senior HR Business Partner supporting NA Stores teams in India and emerging business verticals. The primary focus is on strategic people and organizational strategy to drive business outcomes. Responsibilities include organizational effectiveness, senior leader coaching, change management, talent planning, and HR functional excellence. The role requires adopting AI tools to enhance HR effectiveness, streamline processes, and improve data-driven decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with senior leaders (VPs and Directors) and their leadership teams to develop and execute people strategies and planning activities that foster organizational and people effectiveness
  2. Assess both long-term and immediate senior leader talent needs and skills to achieve business goals
  3. Use listening mechanisms to identify trends, risks, and hotspots to inform change plans, de-risk the business, and maximize customer experience
  4. Through senior leader partnerships, build long-term inclusive workforce plans aligned with business objectives, considering cost, skills, and location strategy
  5. Demonstrate curiosity and hands-on adoption of AI tools and resources to enhance HR effectiveness, including using generative AI, HR analytics platforms, and automation to streamline people processes, improve data-driven decision-making, and scale HR impact across a distributed workforce

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or equivalent
  • Experience in project or program management
  • Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner role, preferably in a high-tech or fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with large, global, and distributed teams
  • Experience driving organizational change initiatives and developing talent management plans
  • Strong data analytics background with the ability to leverage data to establish HR priorities and drive change
