This role is for a Sr. HR Business Partner who will serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders in Amazon's WW Grocery Stores Supply Chain and Tech division. The HRBP will partner with leaders to develop and execute talent strategies, coach leaders on people decisions, and build high-performing teams. The role involves diagnosing organizational challenges, driving talent reviews, advising on organizational design, coaching managers, championing engagement and inclusion, and leveraging workforce analytics. The team supports tech employees building AI/ML platforms, corporate professionals, and field employees using AI-driven tools, and the HRBP will navigate the impact of AI on roles, skills, and career paths.

  1. Partner with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and co-create people strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  2. Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development to build a diverse, high-performing pipeline.
  3. Advise on organizational design, team structure, role clarity, and change management to support business scaling and transformation.
  4. Coach managers on performance differentiation, development planning, and navigating difficult conversations to raise the talent bar.
  5. Champion employee engagement, inclusion, and culture initiatives aligned with Leadership Principles.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner role experience
  • Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level
  • Experience in problem solving and data analytics

  • Master's degree in HR Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration or related fields
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing operations environment
