This role is for a Senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday configuration experience, focusing on Talent & Performance modules. Responsibilities include full-stack configuration, system evolution, production support, and stakeholder partnership. Requires 5+ years of HRIS experience, with 3+ years in Workday, and expertise in Reporting, Calculated Fields, and EIBs. The role also involves mentorship and cross-training junior analysts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end configuration for Talent & Performance (Reviews, Calibration, Succession, Reporting and the connection between Talent and Advanced Comp processes) while maintaining "day-to-day" ticket workload across Talent and other supported modules.
  2. Act as a technical escalation point for junior analysts. You will lead "knowledge transfer" sessions and build documentation to ensure the team is cross-trained and that no single person is a "single point of failure."
  3. Lead the technical roadmap for Talent features, ensuring we are maximizing our Workday investment through biannual releases and feature adoption.
  4. Troubleshoot complex issues involving Calculated Fields, Business Processes, and Security Groups with a focus on root-cause analysis and permanent solutions.
  5. Partner with business stakeholders to translate "people strategy" into technical reality, managing expectations and delivering results in an agile environment.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in HRIS
  • 3+ years of deep Workday configuration experience
  • 2+ years of deep configuration experience within Workday Talent & Performance
  • Expert-level skills in Reporting, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
  • Experience managing data loads and complex logic
  • Disciplined approach to UAT, regression testing, and creating technical documentation
  • Professional fluency in English (written and verbal)
