This role is for a Sr. Innovation & Engagement Specialist in Oncology at Merck, based in Shanghai. What you'd actually do

  1. In the designated area, achieve target sales performance, market share, and growth rate for designated products, and effectively utilize resources and control expenses
  2. Develop and implement a corresponding medical institution visit plan according to the company's prescribed medical institution coverage and visit frequency
  3. Use appropriate promotion techniques and effectively utilize product materials to provide medical information and introduce products (including handling problems) to medical institutions, so that they understand and accept the product's characteristics and benefits
  4. Maintain a high level of professional visits, continuously improve the satisfaction of medical institutions, and establish long-term good cooperative relationships
  5. Explore existing market potential and continuously develop potential markets to ensure the growth of the company's product market share
