This role focuses on investigating allegations of employee misconduct, auditing expenses, developing materials on ethical business practices, and managing integrity and ethics programs. It involves data analysis, project management, and communication with stakeholders, with a focus on compliance and risk management within a corporate environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Review incoming allegations of employee misconduct, determine whether an investigation is appropriate, and if so, prepare a succinct summary of the allegation, categorize it and prepare scoping questions.
  2. Review and audit travel and expense reports.
  3. Develop company-wide materials on ethical business practices and company policy.
  4. Communicate with complainants to advise them of receipt of their allegations and request additional information as needed.
  5. Assist stakeholders, such as business General Counsels and Senior Leaders, responding to inquiries, ensuring clear communication of relevant information and protecting data privacy.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Data Science, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field or 3 years of relevant experience
