This role is a Sr. ISV & Partner Solutions Architect at Databricks, focusing on building technical relationships with C&SI partners to drive indirect revenue and accelerate customer adoption of Databricks' data and AI platform. Responsibilities include providing technical expertise, developing joint solutions, supporting customer deals, representing Databricks at events, and gathering product feedback. The role requires extensive experience in customer/partner-facing technical roles and familiarity with agentic frameworks or ML/data science.

What you'd actually do

  1. Be a technical partner and thought leader to the Databricks GTM partnerships team, providing technical expertise to better understand the partner landscape, driving key strategic programs, and identifying opportunities to deepen partner technical capabilities.
  2. Collaborate with partners to identify high-value industry-specific GenAI applications, develop joint solutions, and codify reference architectures / best practices to accelerate time to deployment.
  3. Intervene directly to unblock strategic customer deals where the partner is the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance.
  4. Represent Databricks at partner events (PKO, DAIS, EBC, etc), customer workshops, AWS/Azure summits, and industry conferences.
  5. Validate and gather feedback on Databricks products and offerings, especially as they relate to partner use cases and deployment patterns, and deliver this feedback to relevant product teams to inform product roadmap and partner strategy.
