This role is for a Sr IT Analyst focused on Microsoft Unified Collaboration and Communications, including Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice. Responsibilities include incident and problem management, ITSM process support, application support, automation, and infrastructure maintenance. The role requires extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and related voice infrastructure, as well as a good understanding of IT infrastructure and networking.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide support in delivering business value through effective incident and problem management
  2. Help deliver fit for purpose ITSM processes and support enterprise adoption provide reliable information and data to enable management decision making throughout the service lifecycle
  3. Support proactive problem identification and ensure the return of IT Service to users as quickly as possible to minimize disruption to business.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • IT Service Management experience
  • Unified Communications and Collaboration experience
  • 7+ Years’ Experience Microsoft Teams/Skype for Business/Legacy Enterprise Voice
  • M365/Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice/SFB Enterprise Voice/Legacy Voice (Avaya PBX) Deployment/Administration/Automation/Migrations
  • Excellent understanding of Number Porting, Different solutions (Microsoft Calling Plan, Microsoft Teams DR (Local/Centralized SIP Trunk), Operator Connect, SBCaaS, Migration from Skype for Business/Legacy Voice (PBX) to Microsoft Teams, Create and Implement Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Infra, Dial-Plan, Voice Policies
  • Good understanding about Cisco Voice Routers, AudioCodes MP and Cisco Voice Gateways
  • Good understanding of Windows Server 2012/2016, AD, MFA, VMware, DHCP, DNS, Networking
  • Excellent understanding about IT Infrastructure, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, Federation, Monitoring, Reporting, M365 Admin Portal
