Sr. Leadership Administrative Partner

This role provides comprehensive administrative and leadership support to the VP Of Service Operations, including complex calendar and inbox management, team-building and social event organization, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and internal/external meeting coordination. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, exercise professional judgment, and demonstrate outstanding time management and prioritization skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead complex calendars for the VP of Service, Prioritize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with exceptional attention to detail.
  2. Arrange complex domestic and international travel logistics, including flight accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
  3. Enter and own all expense reporting using internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  4. Support securing necessary signatures on legal, operational, and strategic documents.
  5. Lead ad-hoc projects to support the team’s needs and maintain a strict level of confidentiality regarding corporate strategy and development information.

Skills

Required

  • 5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and related apps
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize under pressure
