Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Sr. Manager to join their North America Consulting Practice. This role will focus on developing and delivering high-impact projects for Visa's clients, including large US Financial Institutions, Issuing Banks, Enablers, Merchants, and Fintechs. Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, selling consulting engagements, collaborating with internal Visa teams, and contributing to consulting project work such as strategy development, profitability analysis, segmentation, growth initiatives, product development, and customer lifecycle optimization. The role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, experience in the payments/financial services industry, and the ability to build scalable solutions and client relationships.

What you'd actually do

  1. Managing a sales pipeline within an identified list of client targets and selling consulting work against a sales target..
  2. Collaboration with other Visa teams for account planning, including Account Executives and Client Marketing, as well as other VCA delivery teams.
  3. Leads initiatives to identify potential opportunities with partners and contributes to closing deals for engagement work.
  4. Contribute to consulting project work, which involves playing a lead role and/or contributor role:
  5. Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, best practice documents and consulting approach that can be applied across VCA practice.
