Sr. Manager, Abm (team Lead)

Elastic Elastic · Enterprise · Canada · Regional Marketing - AMER

This role is for a Sr. Manager, ABM (Team Lead) at Elastic, the Search AI Company. The primary focus is on building and elevating the account-based marketing practice, defining ABM vision and playbooks, leading and mentoring a team of ABM managers, and driving measurable results in account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue contribution. While the company is AI-focused and the role requires experience marketing AI/ML technologies, the core responsibilities are in marketing strategy, leadership, and execution, not in building or researching AI models.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define Elastic's ABM vision, playbooks, and maturity roadmap across 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions
  2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ABM managers — owning their growth, performance, and everyday execution quality
  3. Lead the ABM team's results: account engagement, pipeline influence/originated, buying group expansion, deal velocity, and revenue contribution.
  4. Be responsible for the ABM tech stack - ensuring adoption, correct configuration, and significant return on investment
  5. Serve as Elastic's internal ABM evangelist — educating field marketing, sales, SDRs, and customer success on ABM principles and how to adopt them
