Netflix is seeking a Sr. Manager, Account Management for EMEA Ads Market Expansion in London. This role will lead account management strategy and execution across new and scaling markets, partnering with Sales to manage the full client lifecycle, drive revenue growth through upsell/cross-sell and programmatic deals, and build/develop high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has significant experience in digital advertising account management, programmatic expertise, and a proven track record of driving client growth in complex, multi-market environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead account management strategy and execution across new and scaling EMEA markets (Nordics, Poland, Ireland, Benelux), supporting the full client lifecycle.
  2. Partner closely with Sales as a strategic and operational counterpart, strengthening pre-sale strategy and overall deal quality.
  3. Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, contributing to revenue growth across markets.
  4. Lead the development and expansion of always-on programmatic deals, increasing client adoption and long-term investment.
  5. Advise clients and agency partners on programmatic strategies, deal structures, and activation approaches to maximize performance and scale.
