This role is within Adobe's Corporate Development team, specifically focusing on the Adobe Ventures strategic VC program. The Senior Manager will source, evaluate, and manage investment opportunities in startups, support portfolio growth, and drive strategic value for Adobe. Responsibilities include market research, deal sourcing, due diligence, crafting investment narratives, portfolio management, and leading marketing/communications for the Ventures program. The role requires experience in corporate VC, corporate development, investment banking, or VC/PE, with a strong network and strategic problem-solving skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Source and evaluate investment opportunities, deliver deals, and support portfolio growth to improve strategic value for Adobe and its investments.
  2. Lead early-stage diligence (market/competitive, product/positioning, and customer/reference calls) and synthesize findings into clear recommendations and open questions for decision-making.
  3. Craft compelling investment narratives and materials, such as briefs and pre-IC/IC memos.
  4. Serve as the bridge between portfolio companies and Adobe—driving key introductions, advancing priority workstreams, and enabling partnerships (including commercial relationships) including via the Adobe Ventures Advisory Board.
  5. Develop and track comprehensive value metrics, including partnerships, product integration, commercial outcomes, and learning opportunities, and regularly synthesize/report progress and impact.

  • Experience in product, operations, SaaS, consumer tech, and enterprise software are a plus.
  • MBA is preferred.
