(sr.) Manager - Brand Management

The Sr. Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and activities for Orforglipron to achieve business objectives in the China market. This role involves collaborating with internal and external partners, synthesizing customer insights into brand strategy, conducting market analysis, driving brand communication, influencing thought leaders, engaging with the sales team, and executing promotional campaigns. Key responsibilities include customer engagement, thought leader management, and internal communication.

What you'd actually do

  1. The Sr. Brand Manager will collaborate with external partners as well as multiple internal cross-functional members such as Medical, PRA, MCE, SFE, Sales Training, etc. to conduct launch preparation.
  2. The ability to synthesize customer insights to brand strategy, conduct insightful market analysis, drive innovative and effective brand communication, influence thought leader, engage with sales team and execute promotional campaign will be a key successful factor for this job.
  3. Understand customer insights through market research, advisory board and field visiting
  4. Synergize insights into brand strategy, deliver brand materials and education contents
  5. Develop customer engagement solutions and implement with innovation and excellence

Skills

Required

  • At least 3 years of brand management experience in pharma industry
  • Familiarity in bringing strategy into solutions, and end-to-end operation of customer facing tactics
  • Innovative driven
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated outstanding cross functional work capabilities in the past
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Bachelor degree and above

Nice to have

  • Experience in regional marketing or sales is a plus
  • Understand different channels (hospital, retail, online pharmacy) is a plus
  • Learning agility: demonstrate passion to acquire new knowledge / skill and apply learning with speed
  • Innovation: think out of the box and drive development of innovative solutions
  • Communication: articulate clearly in both oral and written communication
