This role is for a Senior Manager of Business Analytics & Customer Insights in the Hematology portfolio for Johnson & Johnson's Latin America region. The position focuses on shaping portfolio strategy, launch excellence, and growth decisions through advanced analytics and customer insights, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. Responsibilities include leading the insights agenda, influencing executive decisions, and fostering a data-driven culture within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a key strategic thought partner for Hematology, supporting local and regional brand teams with insights that shape portfolio strategy, pre‑launch excellence, and growth opportunities.
  2. Lead the end‑to‑end insights agenda for Hematology, integrating market data, advanced analytics, customer insights, and forecasting into a cohesive strategic narrative.
  3. Influence senior executive decision‑making by translating complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations aligned to business priorities and long‑term value creation.
  4. Partner closely with senior local and regional stakeholders to identify cross‑portfolio opportunities in Brazil, enabling data‑driven decision making.
  5. Provide leadership through influence, aligning stakeholders around insights‑driven priorities and strategic choices.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Solid experience in Business Analytics, Customer Insights, Marketing, Commercial Strategy, or related roles, including prior experience in managerial or leadership positions.
  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a focus on Hematology or adjacent specialty areas.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership teams and influencing business decisions.
  • Experience working in regional or multi‑country environments.
  • Advanced English (written and spoken); Spanish required.
