  3. Analyze category P&L to identify growth opportunities and optimize business performance
  4. Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning merchandising, marketing, operations, and technology teams
  5. Establish Amazon's reputation within the luxury industry through thought leadership and strategic community engagement

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
  • 10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
  • 10+ years of professional or military experience
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience engaging and presenting to senior executives (CXO level)
