This role is for a Sr. Manager of Business Development focused on luxury travel and hotel partnerships for Capital One Travel. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead business development across incremental and existing hotel chains,

  4. Collaborate on key growth opportunities to drive benefit usage and growth
  5. Work closely with Product, Strategy, and Well-managed functions to deliver benefit programs

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • 10+ years of experience in partner management, account development, or business development
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development position working with global chains

Nice to have

  • Masters or MBA degree
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development within the luxury travel or hospitality industry
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development leadership role in the hotel or travel industry
  • 3+ years experience in management and leadership responsibility
