Senior Manager role in Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) focused on providing consulting and solution services to large US financial institutions. Responsibilities include selling and delivering consulting engagements, developing strategies for clients (market penetration, profitability, segmentation, growth, product development, etc.), managing a sales pipeline, and leading project work to develop actionable insights and solutions for clients. The role also involves building scalable solutions and toolkits for the VCA practice. Requires experience in sales, client relationship management, and understanding the payments space.

What you'd actually do

  1. Managing a sales pipeline within an identified list of client targets and selling consulting work against a sales target of 2-3M annually.
  2. Lead consulting project work, which involves:
  3. Build new scalable solutions, toolkits, best practice documents and consulting approach that can be applied across VCA practice.
  4. Proactively engage with Visa internal teams in regular strategic & planning discussions.
  5. Develops initiatives to promote sustainable and profitable growth, thereby ensuring that Visa is both, the preferred brand and unique business partner.
