This role focuses on developing and managing strategic relationships within the auto industry to drive product adoption and improve customer experience. It involves identifying opportunities, structuring partnerships, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business goals.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage relationships across a diverse set of strategic partners to enhance product capabilities, drive adoption and improve dealer and customer experience.
  2. Use strategic and analytical skills to identify and deliver solutions and product sets that provide mutual value to Capital One and our partners.
  3. Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to identify opportunities to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability.
  4. Apply a consultative approach to build and maintain strong relationships that foster open communication and position Capital One as a thought leader and preferred partner.
  5. Contribute with Strategy and Execution for important projects and initiatives that help drive our Go-To-Market strategy.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Auto Industry
  • At least 3 years of experience in partner management or corporate development

Nice to have

  • MBA or Master’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience working with Senior Executives at OEMs or Captives
  • 5+ years of experience in partner management or corporate development
  • 2+ years of experience giving sales presentations to clients and senior leaders
