Sr. Manager Collaboration and Service Governance

This role leads a team responsible for standardizing services, ensuring compliance, and managing organizational standards, service delivery, processes, and financial/data governance within the Collaboration & Digital Workplace organization. It involves leading initiatives, managing a team, partnering with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, developing disaster recovery plans, and enforcing SOPs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead CDW initiatives and drive process, tool, and workflow standardization.
  2. Manage and develop a team of analysts with clear goals and ongoing coaching.
  3. Partner with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between CDW leadership and operations.
  4. Represent CDW across the company as it relates to services
  5. Track initiative progress and maintain documentation, standards, reporting, and team administrative lists.

Skills

Required

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • 7 years experience managing and developing a highly skilled and motivated teams.

Nice to have

  • Prior HR skills managing teams
  • Project Management experience leading or starting initiatives
  • Experience with ServiceNow or Power BI for reporting
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
