This role is for a Sr. Manager of Creative Consumer and Brand Awareness in the Auto division, focusing on directing the strategy, development, and execution of creative assets across the customer's auto buying journey. The position involves leading creative teams, managing talent, building partnerships, and influencing marketing strategy to create effective creative that drives results and enhances brand recognition. The role requires deep marketing and creative knowledge, an understanding of advertising and marketing trends, and experience with social media marketing and major social platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and inspire the team in the initial strategy development of insight-driven creative.
  2. Review and approve new creative proposals. Work with Brand Managers and Creatives to effectively scope and resource work, and lead team creative reviews.
  3. Manage creative talent (Art Directors, Graphic Designers and Copywriters) including a mix of full-time associates, contractors, and agencies.
  4. Empower and inspire full-time associates through coaching and help them develop in their careers.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with a network of partner groups (business, process, legal, governance, etc.) to anticipate and proactively address obstacles and establish Brand Creative as a strategic thought partner.
