This role is responsible for building and improving an affiliate risk management environment by leading projects in digital and automation solutions, conducting risk-based monitoring, and driving data intelligence. The position involves cross-functional collaboration to execute risk management strategy and enhance risk detection and prevention capabilities.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and Conduct Monitoring on New Business Initiatives and Emerging Risks: Proactively design and conduct risk-based monitoring activities following continuous risk assessment (quarter to quarter), focusing on affiliate level prioritized and evolving risk areas. Identify potential high-risk case/pattern/trends (if any) and timely escalate with management.
  2. Perform as Project Leader to drive affiliate-level dynamic risk assessment and detection process, including but not limited to: Lead system integration and automation transformation projects in Lilly China; Continuously drive automation risk detection leveraging advanced digital solutions; Be responsible for E&C automation risk governance establishment.
  3. Integrated data analysis and insights generation: Proactively share insights from integrated data source. Work closely with E&C BPs and cross functional teams to perform proactive and prompt preventive/corrective actions.
