This role is for a Sr. Manager, Facilities at T-Mobile, responsible for overseeing multi-site operations, lease administration, compliance, and vendor management to ensure efficient and compliant facility operations. The role involves leading a team, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide leadership and direction to a regional facilities team, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  2. Oversee facility operations and workplace services (including soft services) across multiple sites, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient environments.
  3. Lead lease administration activities, including interpretation of lease terms, payment accuracy, reconciliations, and documentation management
  4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls (including SOX and ICS).
  5. Manage third-party vendors and outsourced service providers to ensure service level expectations and contractual obligations are met.
