This role is for a Sr. Manager of Field Engineering focused on the Agencies segment, leading a team of Solution Architects. The primary focus is on accelerating customer value from data and AI initiatives within the advertising and media industry, partnering with sales to drive revenue and ensure customer success. The role requires strong technical understanding of data, AI, and the advertising ecosystem, as well as leadership experience in managing technical pre-sales teams.

What the JD emphasized

  • 7+ years of professional experience in the data space with a technical product (i.e. data warehousing, big data, or machine learning).
  • 3+ years of first-line management experience leading technical pre-sales or solutions architecture teams — including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and career development.
  • A deep technical understanding of the impact that Data & AI can drive within the Media and Entertainment industry, with a specific focus on the Media Agency Ecosystem.
