This role leads a team of Solutions Architects focused on the Financial Services segment within Databricks' Regulated Industries Field Engineering team. The primary goal is to drive revenue and customer success by leveraging Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform, which includes data, analytics, and AI capabilities. The role involves hiring, training, and growing the team, ensuring they have advanced knowledge of Databricks technologies, and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

  5. You will keep your team of SAs ahead of the technical curve by ensuring they maintain advanced knowledge of the Databricks technology stack
