Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis to support Prospect to Cash. This role will focus on delivering the annual budget, supporting strategic transformation and modernization of the sales cycle, driving workforce strategy, and modernizing legacy processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SaaS business models, advanced data analysis, and cross-functional leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the annual budget process, orchestrate month-end close and rolling forecast processes, ensure accuracy and synchronization across the remit in COFO and across Salesforce engaging all Finance stakeholders
  2. Act as a strategic partner to advise the Prospect to Cash organization on capital allocation, workforce transformation, and support quarterly reviews with CEO/Executive Leadership Team (ELT)
  3. Translate complex financial results into concise, actionable insights for the COFO and ELT
  4. Act as a strategic partner across Finance, providing financial rigor and support on major company initiatives
  5. Drive the continuous improvement of FP&A software and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to automate manual consolidation and increase reporting speed

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of experience in a highly analytical role (e.g., Finance, Business Operations)
  • Complex Excel modeling experience and the ability to build "what-if" scenarios that stress-test business drivers and long-range plans
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills demonstrated by ability to grow and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data and financial concepts into clear, actionable business recommendations for executive audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience required
