This role is for a Sr. Manager of Ford Pro N.A. Fleet Production, responsible for maximizing fleet production by partnering with Sales and S&OP teams, and collaborating with MP&L to optimize manufacturing capacity. The role involves production planning, status management, order bank leadership, and process improvement within the Ford Pro business unit, which focuses on commercial customer productivity through vehicles, charging, servicing, and intelligence.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the relationship between Ford Pro, S&OP, S&OE, and MP&L to maximize Ford Pro production volume and optimize product mix
  2. Partner with the Sales team to develop production and sales plans that support allocation strategies across all sales channels
  3. Identify opportunities to increase production and drive incremental sales
  4. Ensure vehicle allocation aligns with customer demand and strategic mix objectives
  5. Initiate and manage capacity study requests through the appropriate approval process to align manufacturing capacity with demand forecasts

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience working with a variety of data and proven ability to synthesize insights and drive decisions and actions
  • Experience building relationships and working cross-functionally within a large, matrixed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including governing project teams, encouraging teamwork, influencing stakeholders, and presenting results to senior management
  • Polished verbal communication / presentation skills and structured writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Nice to have

  • experience with data analysis tools is a plus
  • 10+ years prior experience within the Ford Pro / Marketing, Sales & Service / Manufacturing
  • Knowledge of fleet/commercial vehicle industry or adjacent industries preferred
  • Knowledge of Ford structure and processes, with experience cross-functionally with marketing and sales, finance, or product development
