This role is a senior commercial leader responsible for overseeing multi-regional deal structuring and execution within CrowdStrike's AI-native cybersecurity platform. It involves partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure deals are commercially sound, compliant, and executed efficiently, supporting the scalable growth of the Falcon Flex program. The role manages a team and oversees the entire deal lifecycle, emphasizing governance, global standards, and effective decision-making.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the senior escalation point for non‑standard and high‑value Falcon Flex deals
  2. Provide guidance on pricing, discounting, contract terms, and financial trade‑offs
  3. Ensure Flacon Flex deal compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, order management requirements, and legal obligations
  4. Own and enforce global deal review governance, approvals, and documentation standards
  5. Manage, mentor and develop a team of regional deal review consultants

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in deal desk, sales operations, or pricing
  • 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM systems/Salesforce
  • Advanced proficiency with quote-to-cash process
  • Strong knowledge of opportunity and contract management
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition
  • Strong knowledge of pricing strategy
  • Strong knowledge of ARR and P&L fundamentals
  • Exceptional communication and executive level presentation skills
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a global, cross functional environment
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Confident, low ego leader capable of influencing and developing high performing teams
