Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, GSOC & Threat Monitoring to lead global security operations and threat intelligence for DePuy Synthes, a new standalone orthopedics company. This role involves managing the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, incident response coordination, and intelligence-driven decision-making to protect people, assets, and operations. The position requires strategic leadership, team development, and collaboration with various corporate functions and external partners. Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring and response capabilities.
  2. Lead global threat monitoring, intelligence analysis, and risk assessment to identify, assess, and mitigate emerging security threats.
  3. Develop and maintain GSOC operating models, standard operating procedures, escalation protocols, and performance metrics.
  4. Coordinate response to security incidents, crises, and emergencies, serving as a central command and communication hub.
  5. Partner with regional security teams, corporate functions, and external partners to support travel security, executive protection, and site security.

Skills

  • Prior experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or organizational transitions.
  • CPP, PSP, CISM, or relevant intelligence/security certifications.
