What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and develop a high-performing GTM Operations team supporting our Education business globally
  2. Drive operational excellence across critical business functions including: - New product and offering introductions - Customer verification and fulfillment workflows - Sales enablement and process optimization - Data governance and reporting
  3. Identify operational bottlenecks and design scalable solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and customer experience
  4. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align systems, tools, and processes with strategic business priorities
  5. Optimize sales processes, workflows, and tooling to improve productivity and adoption across global teams
