Interface with manufacturing engineering to ensure all documents (BOM, prints, electrical schematics) are available and linked to maintenance system. Extensive knowledge and experience in problem solving and root cause analysis. Familiarity with concepts of reliability and maintainability, and able to develop and lead plant-wide efforts to improve equipment health. Demonstrated ability to be an effective leader across multiple levels of an organization. Experience building and managing a technical team through effective 1:1s, thoughtful feedback, career growth planning, and performance reviews. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
