Project Coordinator
Change owner for new launch, stop supplying, source change.
Coordinate the regulatory changes (IDL renewal, change initiated by Lilly global projects). Work with relevant functions to establish the regulatory change project timeline and keep following to ensure all project tasks are completed according to schedule. If necessary, work with planners to establish the stock build plan.
Initiate Changes in SAP for the relevant product regulatory changes and coordinate the task completion according to change.
As a leader or Coordinator for another project, such as EU export, localization change coordination, etc
Material buyer for filling line (incl. filling project material)
Release PO on a timely manner to ensure material availability to support the filling project.
Conduct productive material procurement according to SAP workflow, timely apply and track for the payments.
Sometimes logistics-handling and support
Liaise users and suppliers to keep accurate information and responding to solve problems.
Printed Packaging Materials development, re-checking, and documents Archived
Support Affiliate bidding process especially stamp on the documents and post in time.
