Sr. Manager, Marketing Technology (remote)

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Manager, Marketing Technology to lead the modernization of their marketing technology stack, including migrating digital properties, overhauling the Customer Data Platform (CDP), and implementing a new Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role involves strategic planning, roadmap development, team leadership, and vendor management to align marketing strategies with technology solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Create and implement a comprehensive technology strategy, both short and long-term, that articulates a clear and compelling vision for our digital platforms, enhances the internal user experience, grows external user engagement, and modernizes our capabilities and in-house talent.
  2. Advance the maturity of marketing platforms and tools, including DAM, CMS, CDP, email marketing systems, and analytics tools to deliver on the strategic goals for Marketing IT & Crowdstrike.
  3. Develop, track, and execute a product roadmap for evolving the marketing technology stack
  4. Lead and manage the marketing technology team, including web developers, business system analysts, system administrators and QA.
  5. Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies and trends, recommending new tools and platforms as necessary

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital marketing, or IT with a focus on marketing platforms and tools
  • 5+ years of experience of managing, leading, mentoring & growing global technology team
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM Site, AEM Assets, Analytics, Target, Launch, Multi Site Manager, CDP etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion
  • Experience assessing value-effort-timelines tradeoff & make prioritization decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to details
  • Proven track record of implementing new marketing technologies and achieving measurable business results
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technology concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Adobe Document Cloud will be added plus
