Senior Manager, VAS Sales Tools at Visa is responsible for hands-on ownership and configuration of the PROS CPQ platform supporting the Value-Added Services (VAS) organization. This role acts as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for PROS CPQ, partnering with Sales Operations, Pricing & Deal, Product, and Technology teams to ensure accurate, scalable, and compliant pricing and quoting execution. Key responsibilities include configuring product catalogs, pricing models, and quoting logic, supporting complex pricing scenarios, managing quote outputs and approval workflows, providing operational support, and translating business needs into functional requirements for Agile delivery.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the lead PROS CPQ configuration SME for VAS
  2. Configure and maintain product catalogs, pricing models, and quoting logic to support approved sales motions and commercial policies.
  3. Own functional design decisions and ensure CPQ configurations scale across products, regions, and complex deal structures.
  4. Configure and support complex pricing scenarios, including tiered pricing, bundles, fixed fee pricing, upsell, renewals and POCs/free trials.
  5. Ensure CPQ outputs accurately reflect commercial intent, contract structure, and booking metrics.
