Senior Engineering Manager for Klaviyo's Orchestrate group, leading teams responsible for customer communication experiences (Flows and Campaigns) across multiple channels. The role involves shaping the strategy, architecture, and execution of multi-channel orchestration, personalization, and scheduling systems, with a focus on integrating AI/ML features and adopting AI-first engineering practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and scale multiple engineering teams responsible for Flows and Campaigns configuration, orchestration, and reporting experiences
  2. Set technical and organizational direction for Klaviyo’s orchestration platform, including multi-channel delivery, personalization, and scheduling systems
  3. Own execution across teams: drive planning, align dependencies, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex, cross-team initiatives
  4. Shape the architecture of core orchestration systems, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and extensibility across services and shared platforms
  5. Partner with Product and Design leadership to define long-term vision and translate it into intuitive, high-impact customer experiences
