Sr. Manager, Product Management – Technical to lead the team responsible for differentiated recommendation experiences on Amazon's search results pages, which are AI-generated discovery modules and personalized collections that offer shoppers curated, organized and highly personalized advertising. This role manages a cross-functional team of scientists, engineers and product managers and defines the long-term vision for ad recommendation experiences on Amazon Search.

  4. Define success metrics balancing shopper experience, advertiser and business outcomes
  5. Collaborate with Search organization to develop coherent experiences across organic and sponsored experiences.
