Netflix is seeking a Senior Manager to lead product design and creative strategy for Consumer Products in LATAM, focusing on merchandise, product development, and licensee relationships. The role involves setting creative strategy, cultivating partner pipelines, driving global alignment, and managing a team to translate Netflix shows into products for fans.

What you'd actually do

  1. From pitching trend _inspiring_ ideas to obsessing over best in class production, you will work closely with your commercial, retail, and marketing partners to execute world-class statements.
  2. Set the creative strategy and line planning for all categories, including but not limited to toys, food and bev, soft home goods, décor, kitchenware, furniture, and stationery.
  3. Cultivate a pipeline of top-tier partners that share our high bar of excellence and execution and align with our strategic and product vision
  4. Work closely with the Creative team to articulate needs for branding and style guides, and be able to supplement with art packs or portfolios to support the regional needs.
  5. Drive global alignment on product development and cross-category for LATAM, BUT ALSO collaborate with other regions (EMEA, UCAN, APAC) to maximize opportunities globally.

Skills

Required

  • 12+ years of experience in product development
