CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead initiatives in Identity Protection, focusing on detecting and responding to identity-based attacks. The role involves understanding the threat landscape, collaborating with engineering and data science on identity attack trends, and leveraging agentic tools to build prototypes and define product strategy. Experience with security products, identity protocols, and scaling products is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as the product leader for major initiatives around Identity Protection, including different audiences such as Security Operations Teams, Identity & Access Management Administrators, Incident Responders, IT Administrators, and Threat Hunters
  2. Monitor and analyze the identity threat landscape including credential theft, account takeover, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and develop strategies to detect and respond to identity-based attacks
  3. Research and maintain deep expertise in Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) markets and capabilities
  4. Utilize strategic insight and organizational skills to identify unmet customer needs, define use cases, and advance the functional capabilities of this offering
  5. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science to understand identity attack trends, adversary tactics, and deliver new visibility and defenses for identity infrastructure

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of enterprise product management experience
  • Direct experience in security products
  • Strong understanding of identity protocols (oAuth, OIDC, SAML), APIs, MCP, A2A, and agent ecosystems
  • Strong experience working with Claude Code, Lovable, N8N and other agentic tools
  • Deep understanding of the ISPM and ITDR markets, players, use cases, and customer value
  • Proven experience scaling products
  • Proven experience bringing products "0 to 1"
  • Ability to understand IAM and Security team personas and needs
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers in research, engineering, and product marketing
  • Ability to prioritize numerous simultaneous tasks
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams
