This role is for a Sr. Manager of Product Management focused on Data Strategy for Disney Cruise Line. What you'd actually do

  1. Define and own the strategic roadmap for DCL Commercial data products aligned to enterprise and business priorities.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize capitalizable data products that deliver measurable commercial and financial value.
  3. Provide executive oversight across the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from ideation through delivery, adoption, and sustainment.
  4. Own senior stakeholder relationships across DCL Commercial, DXT Enterprise Architecture, and DXT Data Products & Platforms (Helix).
  5. Lead, mentor, and develop product and data leaders; partner with HR on talent strategy and capability growth.
