This role is for a Sr. Manager, Program Management within Amazon's Relay Trust team, focusing on preventing fraudulent transactions in the transportation network. The role involves leading a team of Risk Analysts, partnering with business stakeholders, supporting process improvement, driving standardization, building monitoring programs, and applying new technologies to the program area. While the team utilizes machine learning algorithms and develops fraud prevention solutions, the core of this management role is product/program delivery and risk management, not direct AI/ML model development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead a team of 60+ Risk Analysts responsible for protecting Amazon and our customers from transportation related fraud, misuse, and abuse worldwide.
  2. Partner with business stakeholders to align on a cohesive roadmap that delivers against shared goals.
  3. Support process improvement, automation, and control implementation projects.
  4. Drive the standardization and documentation of processes, risks, and controls and work with owners to assign accountability.
  5. Build continuous monitoring programs focusing on carrier partner's compliance to program policies and other risk areas.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of team management experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
  • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
  • 10+ years of program management, risk management, audit, legal, compliance or related field work including engaging with external stakeholders experience
