Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in business management, operations, strategy, or regional roles
  • Experience supporting multi‑country or regional business operations in a matrixed organization
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
