Sr. Manager, Security Services Sa, Aws Security Services Sa - North America

Amazon Amazon · Big Tech · Seattle, WA · Solutions Architect

This role is for a Sr. Manager to build and lead a new team of Security Services Specialist Solutions Architects within AWS Global Sales. What you'd actually do

  1. Build a new team of Security Services Specialist Solutions Architects from the ground up - define the charter, operating model, and engagement patterns for a function that doesn’t exist yet
  2. Recruit, hire, and develop specialist SAs with deep expertise in cloud security, threat detection, security observability, and securing generative AI and agentic workloads
  3. Drive measurable adoption of AWS security services across enterprise customers by partnering with security services sellers as a paired technical and commercial motion
  4. Partner closely with AWS Account Teams and security strategy roles to drive holistic security transformation at customers
  5. Serve as the voice of the customer back to AWS security product teams - surface field patterns, identify gaps, and deliver feedback that shapes the product roadmap
