Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sr. Manager, Site Security to lead site-level security strategy and operations, protecting employees, assets, information, and facilities. Responsibilities include managing security programs, developing site-specific plans, overseeing security systems, managing vendors, partnering with internal departments, leading incident response, conducting risk assessments, and supporting emergency preparedness.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and manage site security programs, ensuring effective protection of people, property, and assets.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain site‑specific security plans aligned with enterprise security standards.
  3. Oversee physical security systems, access controls, and monitoring programs.
  4. Manage security vendors and service providers, including contracts, performance, and cost controls.
  5. Partner with EHSS, Facilities, HR, Legal, and site leadership to address security risks and incidents.

Skills

Required

  • Progressive experience in security, risk management, or protective services roles
  • Leading site-level or regional security programs
  • Knowledge of physical security systems, access controls, and incident management practices
  • Manage vendors and third‑party security providers
  • Lead cross‑functional collaboration in a regulated or matrixed environment
  • Analytical, judgment, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in manufacturing, R&D, or corporate campus environments
