Job Summary:
This job oversees the broader data analytics function, balancing operational leadership with strategic input. They will manage multiple projects and teams, ensuring alignment of analytics work with organizational goals and influencing decision-making at higher levels.

**Essential Responsibilities: **
- Lead multiple teams or workstreams within the analytics function.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable analytics initiatives.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, business-relevant insights.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape business strategies with data.
- Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and methodologies in analytics.
Expected Qualifications:
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in agentic commerce
Data Engineering experience
Experience managing highly technical Data Science/ Data Eng projects.
Hands on experience leading highly cross-functional initiative in Tech industry.
